JJR Care Ltd is a private provider, registered with the CQC, delivering high-quality care in the community and in institutions with complex care to both adults and children across London Boroughs, Essex and surrounding regions — with three distinct service streams: domiciliary care, supported living, and specialist healthcare recruitment.
JJR Care specialises in stabilising urgent, complex and at-risk packages, supporting commissioners to maintain consistency of care, reduce handbacks, and protect service quality. We provide a comprehensive range of domiciliary care services, including personal care, medication administration, domestic activities, assistance with community access, respite, sit-in, waking night and sleep-in — alongside complex care provision including tracheostomy care, PEG and J-tube feeding, ventilation support, PBS-informed behaviour support, and palliative and end-of-life care.
JJR has a management team and skilled personnel with over 20 years of experience working in health and social care in different capacities. We also supply qualified healthcare staff — nurses (RGN, RMN), healthcare assistants, support workers, and carer drivers — to private nursing homes and residential care settings across the UK, on temporary, contract, and permanent bases.
