1. About JJR Care Ltd

JJR Care Ltd is a CQC registered private provider delivering high-quality care in the community and in institutions, with complex care to both adults and children across London Boroughs, Essex and surrounding regions, with three distinct service streams: domiciliary care, supported living, and specialist healthcare recruitment. JJR Care specialises in stabilising urgent, complex and at-risk packages, supporting commissioners to maintain consistency of care, reduce handbacks and protect service quality. Our service model is built around continuity, transparency and measurable improvements in service users’ wellbeing.

At JJR Care we deliver a comprehensive range of domiciliary care services including personal care, medication administration, domestic activities, assistance to access community, respite, sit-in, waking night and sleep-in service. Our complex care provision includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation, PBS-informed behaviours, and palliative and end of life care. We also deliver 24-hour packages designed to maintain stability and independence.

JJR has a management team of over 25 years’ experience and skilled personnel who have worked in health and social care in different capacities.

We hold active contracts with NHS commissioners — including the Pan-London Domiciliary Care Any Qualified Provider framework, co-ordinated by NHS South West London ICB — and local authority commissioning teams, including Wandsworth and Richmond Councils and Shaw Healthcare (Group) Limited.

2. Our Three Service Divisions

Division 1: Domiciliary Care — Essex (CM8 & surrounding postcodes)

We deliver personalised home care to adults and children across London Boroughs, Essex and surrounding areas. JJR Care is one of very few providers in the Braintree District able to respond to the full spectrum of adult and children’s commissioning from Essex County Council, the NHS Mid and South Essex ICB, and the Pan-London NHS Continuing Healthcare AQP framework.

Division 2: Supported Living — Bish House, Southwest London SW16

Bish House is a 6-bedroom, fully furnished, 24/7 staffed supported living property at SW16 for adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism. The property is three minutes’ walk from Norbury train station, with easy access to community amenities, transport and social activities. We accept planned and emergency referrals.

Division 3: Recruitment — CQC-Compliant Healthcare Staffing

JJR Care provides CQC-compliant agency staffing to nursing homes and children’s homes across Essex and London. We supply qualified care workers, healthcare assistants, senior carers and specialist 1:1 staffing on temporary, permanent and specialist placement bases. Our Recruitment Division operates under the same governance and compliance framework as our directly delivered care — all staff are DBS checked, reference verified, trained and matched to the specific requirements of the placement.
