Everyone deserves the opportunity to live in a home of their own, with a life they have chosen. Bish House, our supported living service in Norbury, South London (SW16), exists to make that a reality for adults who need ongoing support to do so safely and happily.
We provide 24-hour supported living in South London for adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions — a level of care that is always person-centred, always flexible, and always led by the individual. Bish House is close to Norbury train station, with easy community access, and we accept referrals from across Croydon, Merton, Wandsworth and the wider South London area, including step-down placements from SLAM and hospital discharge teams.

JJR Care's supported living model is built on the principle that the individual is always in control. We do not impose routines — we support the development of routines that the person chooses.
Collaborative Approach
Every support plan is co-produced with the individual and reviewed regularly with their involvement, their family (where appropriate), and the professionals supporting them.
For Commissioners & Referrers
Bish House accepts planned and emergency supported living placements, with our management team able to complete a telephone risk and needs assessment and confirm suitability within 24 hours. We welcome commissioning enquiries from Croydon ASC, Merton, Wandsworth and SWL ICB mental health placement teams — beds are currently available.
